The first of the Mine Rescue Competitions, held annually in the World Mining Industry with both national and international participation, is organized by the Turkish Miners Association.

The Mine Rescue Competition will be held at Tüprag Efemçukuru Gold Mine between September 10-13, 2019. Çayeli Bakır, Demir Export, Esan Eczacıbaşı, Eti Bakır, İmbat Madencilik, Koza Altın, TKİ, TÜMAD and Polyak, in which Tüprag will compete, will participate in the competition as observers.

As part of the competition preparations, training was held for jury members, casualties and auxiliary personnel with our consultant from Australia on July 22-23. Trial competitions were held with Çayeli Bakır, Koza Altın and Tüprag Mine Rescue Teams on July 24-25. The Competition Executive Board Meeting was held on July 26.
